2) press the button [Send new message]
3) select Maximus in the field [To:]
4) insert the subject 'nick change'
5) insert Message 'I want a new nick name: superman' or wathever you want

It is very simple,
1) search in the products the item you are interested in or use the search option (upper right)
2) click on the cart to add it (immediatly after the price)
3) now you can see your shopping cart and have 4 choices
3a) click on the quantity and then the [update] button in order to change quantity
3b) empty your cart clicking the [empty cart] button
3c) continue shopping (you will be redirect to the product section)
3d) finish your order clicking the [checkout] button
4) having cliked the checkout button you will be asked to insert your personal informations for the shipping and the invoice. You will be asked also if do you want to pay online (in which case you will be redirect onto paypal site where you can use your credit card). If you want to pay with a different method (or want a different shipping method) select no in [do you want to pay online] and you will be contacted by Marco.
5) click [save]
6) click [your order is finished]

Yes, in the caddy yoy can see that shipping expenses are 12 euros (no matter destination or product quantity), and in the "Total" field they are already included.
Si, nel carrello potete vedere a quanto ammontano (12 euro fisse a prescindere dalla destinazione e/o quantità di pezzi acquistati), ma nel totale che compare nell'ultima colonna a destra sono state già sommate.
